I am a current employee in Riversand from few years. Riversand gives opportunities to grow in corporate market. There are lot to learn if interested. New technologies. Cloud infrastructure. HR was very helpful in various aspects, always when needed. Managers are very friendly and helpful. Fun club helps employees to have some leisure at work, and connect with all people around. Riversand is growing globally in MDM market.
Cons
Everything has two sides, its the way how people take it. As a startup company, cannot expect 100%, but compare to other companies, Riversand is far better in many ways.
