Constant blame culture, senior management are very poor at communication and dictatorial which maximises the constant stress you will experience. You will not have a voice nor will your knowledge and experience be acknowledged or listened to. There is very little teamwork and collaboration or working together and helping each other out. "It's not my job" syndrome is rife and rather than supporting colleagues and management would rather watch you fail and not only that throw you under the bus in the process.

The management - bunch of sharks. The culture is toxic and so much backstabbing. Any mistakes are blamed on anyone else, there is absolutely no way that the CEO or his cronies/family could be wrong. The way customers are treated is disgusting. The answer is always yes to win the business regardless of whether it's true or not. Prices are dropped to win business to make the VC funders happy. The management team operate like the Mafia! HR is useless and does nothing if anything is raised. Possibly the worst company to work for. Just don't!
