Pros
Pure resume builder in the sense that you can put down that you worked for a staffing company.
Cons
Poor communication between offices. Inexperienced college grads are the majority. Work life balance very limited. Compensation mirrors that of a non profit (very low compared to other staffing companies), doesn't matter if its a start up, still have to make market adjustments to keep retention high.
