Terrible management, and work environment. Constantly humiliated in front of peers for making mistakes. Pay is not only low but way below what it costs to afford to live in Seattle. They are taking advantage of new graduates and young people who are hungry and willing to work very hard. Ro Health will not pay or treat you fairly.

So with the interview process it was 3 very long sessions, including an hour and half initial phone screen, two hour 2nd interview, a 3 hour final interview and observation. It very excessive and in between each interview you have mini assignments to complete before the next meet up. Also, part of the final interview someone tries to talk you out of taking the job …weird.
