      - A lot of support from all business units - The people around are extremely talented and are always willing to help - The business is transparent. It makes you feel like you are a part of everything - Flexible working conditions - Great Work Life balance

      Cons

      The business is growing and reporting lines and structure is changing too. It gets a bit confusing at times.
