Excellent leaders (team/group/department/technical/..) Nice, new building Very interesting tasks Feedback from experts / engineers is important for our leaders / managers (and they actually really listen to you & do their best to improve things Your opinion matters
Cons
Overloading employees (this is a pro for me, because at least we have no time to get bored :), but the amount of work & the short due dates can be frustrating sometimes)
