1. Free Food - breakfast,lunch, (dinner only @ EC location) 2. Variable pay - they will always try to make more than 100% 3. Flexible timings - depens on project and manager 4. WFH - depens on project and manager 5. Leaves are good - 12 GL + 18 EL's = total 30 yearly 6. Salary is reasonable reamining common benifits as usual like health insurance, maternity leave, paternity leave etc. To conclude I will recommend a friend to Bosch, I like my experience in Bosch
