Pros
Payment is very good if you work in germany, since they are attached to the tarif. If you work somewhere else you might just get fired.
Cons
There is no coherent behaviour and the product is not in the focus. Senior management doesen't know what they are talking about creating an akward decoupling from reality, which is especially noticed by new employees. If you want to create things this is the wrong place. If you enjoy meetings and throwing around buzzwords that you dont understand you will love it.
