Pros
- Work to life balance (highest paid vacation days I know of, flexible working hours...) - Pay is significantly above average - Supportive and competent HR - Management is very communicative - The good conditions draw in lots of very competent people - Well thought-out processes
Cons
- Big teams, resulting in significant management overhead - Too many meetings that could've just been an email :)
