Pros
- The so called work - life balance depends on the team you join. - They hire 3 people for 2 persons job & hence the work gets divided(if you see it as a pro) but the salary also gets divided. - Onsite if one is lucky enough. - Stability(one gets warnings for 2 years in terms of bad rating before being asked to leave)
Cons
- Now it is a full fledged service company(just like Infy, TCS or Wipro) - Extended work bench of Bosch, Germany - Low salary - Work isn't great in most of the teams - Manager is god! - Management is becoming stricter day by day towards efficiency, productivity & quality
