Work life balance is really good. Onsite opportunities are more. Good work culture. The most important thing about Bosch is free food which is amazing
Cons
With all the pros the basic thing that is the quality of work and responsibility solely depends on the team you are in. Not everyone gets a interesting work. Salary is not that great compared to toher companies.
