RobotWorx since SCOTT ownership has significantly grown. With that came very positive changes to both culture and management. They really promote growth both personally and professionally to those that want it and put in the work for it. Overall, it's awesome to be a part of a company that has so much potential and continues to strive for more.

There really are none in comparison to other like companies.

Really great people working for the company, trying to do good honest work. Great people trying to look out for each other as teammates.

Management is petty, without plans, spend most of their days either asleep at their desks, playing on their phones, or spying on the rest of the company. Culture of fear and a divided company has been created.
