      Pros

      With not too many employees it’s a very close community. The benefits are nice and HR is great.

      Cons

      Robot Worx has been growing and with that comes changes. Adjusting can be frustrating but it’s not too bad.

      Pros

      RobotWorx since SCOTT ownership has significantly grown. With that came very positive changes to both culture and management. They really promote growth both personally and professionally to those that want it and put in the work for it. Overall, it's awesome to be a part of a company that has so much potential and continues to strive for more.

      Cons

      There really are none in comparison to other like companies.
