      As a former employee, Rockwell Automation was a good place to work.

      Cons

      Plant closures and outsourcing has changed the culture at Rockwell and I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
