Decent company, poor team - Anonymous employee Rockwell Automation Employee Review

We're behind the industry in product development. Everything moves at the speed of Rockwell, which is SLOW. Salary increases on internal promotions are capped pretty low, so get your money on the way in. The insurance SUCKS. Take the HSA option, but even then, you're getting hosed. Grab another 5k in salary just because of how much you're going to pay for insurance. I'm serious. It's baaaaaad.
