      The salary is good but nothing more to add.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment, horrible management. Nobody really cares about you, there is no connection with people. You are left on your own. It's all about KPI's and not about people. Focus on people first.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.

      Hard to move up, mostly lateral movement if anything.
