Opportunity to present work/accomplishments in front of senior leadership. Allows you to see lots of areas of the company. Good career opportunities after rotational program.
Cons
The company has an "old school" culture and attitude. Not a lot of diversity (women, young people)...but they're working on it. It can be difficult to work cross functionally in RA's environment.
