RA is not what it used to be - Project Quality Engineer Rockwell Automation Employee Review

Quality roles have been cut in half in the past year. Everyday is a fire drill with no end in sight. There are also headcount reductions for other departments as well. For those that were not laid off, there are voluntarily quitting because they don't want to absorb the extra work without compensation, plus not getting a raise for 2 years didn't help as well as taking away the bonus.
