      Pros

      Work life balance, great middle to lower mgt, no pressure or stress, great products to sell and high market share in the US.

      Cons

      Comp plan is very confusing and you have to just trust that your monthly sales numbers are accurate - or spend half your day trying to figure out if you are missing credit.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
