      So much politics (untolerable) at all level, many immature unprofessional people at leading and managerial level are selected, show off leadership, good talented people are under fear and suffer so much because of bad intentions, no control of management and HR

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
