      Sometimes really good people. But note "sometimes". That's all

      Cons

      Absolutely no career opportunitites if you are not son/daughter of some big shot from management; no plans to develop your skills; do you wanna paid corporate party like in every normal companies? forget about it. you pay for it if you want it; working for today numbers and don't care about long-term profit: management doesn't know what is to be profitable company

      - Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. There are things that are evolving that come along with any growing company (updating technology, formalizing procedures, etc.)

      New job, pasión for new knowledge new challenges, good salaries. Be able to show my managment expertices into the oil business, industries.

      Cons

      Up to now I have nothing to talk about cons since I have been here 6 montos. The only Cons I regret is the contract with outside contract.
