Pros
The best example I've seen of employers caring about their employees, and making excellent use of their feedback. If you're relatively independent, and enjoy the challenges and intensity of a startup with early success, this is a truly great company to work for. The team as of the date of this review is very personable, and the founders care a lot about the culture and overall happiness of the employees. The compensation is good, and inline with other startups at the same stage, and it's clear the founders care about retention. The product is fantastic and evolving fast -- likely a gamechanger in the logistics space. Mentorship and long-term security is well above average. Being part of the Axiom Zen office is a huge plus. Flexible hours and remote workdays.
