      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. It was the perfect entry-level job. No real hierarchy as the co-founders wanted to make sure everyone was treated fairly and equally.

      Cons

      None. Overall great experience and would highly recommend any new grad looking to work in a fast paced environment and willing to try new things!

      An amazing culture where they really care about the people and their own personal goals. Unlimited vacations and great benefits.

      Cons

      As a startup, things change fast and we are still figuring out the best ways to scale, which creates some small friction sometimes.
