Not much highlight come up, easy to keep the job might be the only Pros.
Cons
-Low compensation being paid, can not meet market standard. -Lack of career develepment, not even internal transfer. -No equal rights being applied even Siemens official announced so. -Double standard between office and floor workers. -Overload & unreasonable workload to my team.
