      Family business like management rather than Enterprise Franchise

      Pros

      Not much highlight come up, easy to keep the job might be the only Pros.

      Cons

      -Low compensation being paid, can not meet market standard. -Lack of career develepment, not even internal transfer. -No equal rights being applied even Siemens official announced so. -Double standard between office and floor workers. -Overload & unreasonable workload to my team.

      Cons

      The company and my former co-workers have no respect for other peoples privacy. They harassed me, bullied me, and violated my privacy. They are a bunch of peeping toms and perverts.
