- Company priorities employees' work-life balance - Good pay & growth opportunities - Reaching the upper manager is possible even for a junior employee - The company strives to actually make it a great workplace by taking in efforts to conduct celebrations, fun Fridays, etc. - It's fun going to the office, and you get the satisfaction of work here - You are appreciated & applauded for your efforts, especially if you are meeting the deadlines. This acknowledgment from the founders feels very validated for the employees.
