Earning potential, independence from micro-managers, cool trucks, excellent support, intelligent/skilled/professional employees, friendly & helpful environment, family type atmosphere, generous commission rates for sales

Cons

Lack of in-depth training for new hires, certain stores receive more support than others with better facilities and inventories, can't think of anything else

Pros

Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

Cons

You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

Pros

If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
