Pros
I have had a good experience working here because I have had good managers who are flexible and help to compensate time for after-hours work to finish projects or move code after-hours. No lack of work here, constantly high-stress projects and deadlines. The business has a lot of requests, keeping the team busy. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills and new tools. Many in the company move up into leadership roles, rather than the company hiring externally for a manager. Employee stock purchase program is great. Earnings dividends paid quarterly and my funds have nearly doubled in a short amount of time.
Cons
The benefits are sub par. 2 weeks of time off for your first 7 years of service is out dated. No Paternity leave that is company-provided paid time. Only 7 holidays that the company recognizes. Low matching of 401(k), but stock purchase program helps to make up for it.
