Llevo más de 13 años trabajando en esta compañía, y sinceramente puedo decir que es un lugar excepcional. Desde el primer día me he sentido parte de una gran familia. Es un ambiente donde se valora el esfuerzo, el respeto y la buena convivencia. Algo que siempre me ha llamado la atención es que, a pesar del tiempo, sigo levantándome cada mañana con ganas de ir a trabajar. No es solo un empleo para mí, es un lugar donde disfruto estar, donde me siento valorado y escuchado. Tengo una excelente relación con todos, incluyendo al dueño, MM, quien más que un jefe, se comporta como un amigo. Me respeta y me trata como si fuera su socio, y eso dice mucho del tipo de liderazgo y cultura que hay en esta empresa. Definitivamente, es una compañía excelente tanto para quien busca una oportunidad a corto plazo como para quienes desean construir una carrera a largo plazo. Cons

Like any company, there are always small things that could improve. Sometimes the workload can get pretty intense, especially during busy seasons, and it can be challenging to keep up with deadlines. Because it’s a family-style company, things might move a little slower when it comes to new processes or changes — but that also comes from the fact that everyone cares about doing things the right way. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and the few challenges here are part of what makes the job meaningful and keeps me growing professionally. Ohh almost forgot, We need better water system

Long or inflexible hours: The schedule covers both morning and afternoon, which can lead to fatigue or demotivation. 4. Stressful times: The last hours of the workday are intense due to the arrival of urgent orders. 5. Limited communication: There is a lack of constant feedback between management and employees regarding improvements or concerns.
