Culture is pisspoor. Company would rather hire more unneeded middle management than provide raises to current employees who work 50+ hours/week making the bare minimum. Does not match their policies - 401K should be 50% match, they only match 12% , OT for SNE employees should be 50% of salary broken down into an hourly rate this is not 50% and the more OT you accrue the less you get paid per hour worked over. (How 50% period is legal is astonishing and cheap on the companies behalf.)
If you need to make a living and support a family - look for something else!!
