      1) Srinivas is very approachable. You can discuss with him any issues. He will get back to you. 2) Salary on time. 3) No tension. Do your work peacefully and company will take of the rest. 4) GC processing is taken care.

      Friendly work culture. Good co-ordination between employee and employer.

      Cons

      They should be giving perks to employee and some kind of bounds for the effect employee are putting, Or some kind of medical benefits.
