      Skilled management in ERP ,QA and support Great training programs for Employees Top management always available for employees Company participates in TAG ,OAUG and other ERP , QA and support related summits

      S2 IT Group has a wonderful center of excellence, where most of the employees have option to get trained on the best of the breed enterprise application Salaries are truly based on experience and for someone who has 3+ years of experience more than 100K is a great salary. Not sure how many organizations out there can offer such salary

      Not a big organization, but seems the company is growing rapidly
