Smaller company which gives you direct access to those who can help advance your career. They enable an environment that allows you to grow both personally and professionally. Whether its focusing on work life balance, training programs, licensing, etc. they will give you the tools you need to feel accomplished and fulfilled. Everyone at the company truly cares about what they do and each other making the office a great place to go to every day.

I'd say the only con is that it is an interesting industry with NYS Workers Comp law, so there are some learning curves when you first enter this type of industry!

It is closed now due to constant turnover. Enjoyed working with some co-workers.

There was alot of turnover due to improper training. Would give certain employees heavier workload bc they could handle it however never gave pay increases with increased workload. Very chaotic.
