      Pros

      Small company all females who get along.

      Cons

      No raises, no performance reviews and no chance of climbing a ladder. Poorly supervised company with no ethics. Can't get employees to come work there and have a hard time keeping the ones they have.

      Pros

      It is closed now due to constant turnover. Enjoyed working with some co-workers.

      Cons

      There was alot of turnover due to improper training. Would give certain employees heavier workload bc they could handle it however never gave pay increases with increased workload. Very chaotic.
