Pros
Career progression is possible. There is so much work to be done that if you are an eager, go getter, there are plenty of "opportunities to excel" available for you. There are a ton of amazing people working there who are heroes, sacrificing all for the success of the company on a daily basis.
Cons
Culture has become "do more with less", on repeat. The company has become so lean on the indirect side that they are no longer adequately resources to do all the work that needs to be done. This has led to a soul crushing environment for those who remain (after continuous cycles of reorgs and layoffs for the past 5-6 years). I was working 55-60+ hours every week, and as a person with an immense capacity for producing outputs, I was still completely unable to keep up with the volume of work to be done. They pay lip service to "people first", but their actions scream "profit first" every single time.
