Pros
SAVii is highly organized, agile, and is purpose-driven. I feel that working with my teammates, my manager, and other departments, there is a strong sense of unified goal -- and that is to provide the best possible experience when it comes to financial assistance at work. When I imagine a high-performing team/organization, I see elements of those in SAVii, and the numbers paint a better picture. Every department I work with are like well-oiled machines and they are experts in their field (they are supportive too). The culture is also amazing. For an organization with very occassional onsite gatherings, I feel connected and engaged -- a huge departure with other companies. It feels refreshing to work with my teammates and my colleagues at SAVii.
Cons
High-performance has a cost. It requires full focus and attention. A slight slip up affects the momentum, further affecting overall performance. Also there's a lot to understand if an applicant has no experience of anything related to Lending, but with enough patience and practice, it will all fall into place.
