      Cons

      Too many cons. I was told there is cultural beef and didn't believe it at first. I told someone my ethnicity and it went down hill. Too many false complaints and need to know my whereabouts.

      Overall I felt valued and appreciated. The company itself was great.

      Cons

      No cons on SBM, the problems that occurred led back to the previous leadership. Unfortunately some of them are still there.
