I joined the company with high hopes for career growth and development, but unfortunately, my experience working under the senior manager has been extremely disappointing. It's evident that the senior manager plays favorites, which creates an unfair and demotivating environment for those not in their inner circle. This favoritism also translates into limited growth opportunities for others, as promotions and challenging assignments seem reserved for the chosen few. Moreover, the senior manager's tendency to pigeonhole employees is disheartening. Rather than recognizing individual strengths and encouraging diverse skill development, they seem content with assigning tasks that align with their preconceived notions, stifling any chance for professional expansion. What truly stands out is the senior manager's behavior. Their treatment of employees is far from professional, displaying a lack of respect and empathy. The toxic atmosphere they create is counterproductive and detrimental to both individual and team morale. In summary, my time working under this senior manager has been a regrettable experience. Their favoritism, lack of growth opportunities, and attempts to pigeonhole employees are deeply frustrating. It's disheartening to witness someone in a leadership position exhibit such behavior, ultimately hindering the company's potential and driving away motivated employees.
