- lovely people to work with - good benefits
Cons
- poor pay which barely covers living costs - very small salary changes in two years creating constant stress - long working hours, crunch periods, little to no TOIL given - no promotion pathway despite taking on extra responsibility post redundancies - covering 2-3 job roles, constant balancing act - no progression, no promotion pathway - no training or development despite junior job title - stripped budgets but KPIs remain the same - resources and support are stretched - no feedback from senior leads without chasing - feedback and approvals aren't given until the last minute causing a scramble to implement changes - forced RTO and increasing mandatory days in office
