      Possibility to make a career in the company while working less than 40 hours. My manager was very supportive.

      Specialized work, not for people who like to have more diverse tasks.

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.
