-likable coworkers (most of them)
-good exposure to clinical trials research
Cons
-pay is not worth amount of work you have to get done
-hours vary depending on what clinical studies you are assigned (you may be there for over 12 hrs)
The best part of the job were the coworkers. Most people were fresh out of college and are a very diverse group. Very collaborative environment and the people made the long hours and clinics much more enjoyable.
Cons
The work, hours, and hardships in dealing with many panelists a day does not match the pay.
