Pros

The ratty gym with old ripping equipment is probably the only thing I can think of.

Cons

Absolute garbage is the only way to accurately describe this place. Management is filled with people who are not qualified and shouldn’t be managers. Competitors can work from home but they took that away from us because the beards can care less about the people who keep the place running. It’s high school. If you’re not part of the cool-kids, you are ostracized and gaslighted. Management will put you on a PiP meanwhile you’re catching MAJOR mistakes coworkers are making on the daily. The pay is laughable. It’s comparable to working fast food. For a “billion dollar” company you can afford to pay a living wage or better benefits. There’s plenty of money in the budget to throw away for Rutgers Stadium.

Pros

This may be a good place to start in order to gain experience in the industry at the entry level. Beyond that it should be a stepping stone.

Cons

The Glassdoor numbers say a lot. Only 50% of the people who work here would recommend to a friend or colleague. In school, 70% is 1% away from failure. SHI is 20% below failure. To add, 53% of the people who work here have a negative outlook on the company's future. That seems like a trend in the wrong direction. If your career is an investment in your life, that needs to be considered before investing a career into SHI.
