      Quite literally nothing. Only the people you work with.

      Cons

      If you are an early career professional, steer away from this organization in its entirety. I can't even imagine how much time the leadership spends writing positive reviews to mask the real reviews left by former employees. They will not take your health (mental/physical/emotional) seriously! Their work tactic is inconsistent and working there you are constantly pressured whether you will meet their goals or not. If you are looking to get into the recruiting field, I would highly suggest avoiding SHIMENTO at all costs.

      Pros

      Shimento helped me a lot in many aspects. Competitive pay rate they’re offered. Provided the medical insurance. They have good tie ups with excellent attorney firms and address the immigration issues and concerns immediately. Their HR team is awesome and addressed my queries and issues instantly. Bi-Weekly payroll helped me to manage my expenses. Their 401K matching rates also equal to the large tech giants rates. CEO and other management staff available all the time to address our queries and issues.

      Shimento is not good with paying your salary. they even don't give your actual salary what they commit in offer letter even you are FTE
