You get paid the same as everyone else even if you do slowly. Iron rice bowl. Mandatory 20 to 21 days of annual leave. $300 dental claim per year for non-cosmetic treatment. Decent insurance to cover work injury.
Cons
Need to work shifts. Getting to work in changi is not convenient for most people especially with all the additional commute time for the security checks you have to cater to. Relatively low pay compared to other MRO companies. No air tickets or even discounted tickets for staff. Only those who are extremely senior have air tickets due to their legacy contracts,
