Work system : still hybrid Team : team was solid, the leader always giving you freedom to learn and grow. Most of the team are gen Z so they’re very chill and fun to talk with. Workload : depends on the brand that you will be manage, but still manageable Benefits: they provide birthday leave that could be taken for employee only on their birthday month
