      Pros

      Expand carrier and get more skill set, have a chance to have multiple client with multiple categories. have a chance to get bigger brand/client such as Unilever or Nestle

      Flexible hours that turns out a bit abusive working hours, hustle culture, lack of human resources, too much pressure for staff level but didn't have enough appreciation for that

      Comfortable working environment with a hybrid system. The company provides private health insurance and is open to hiring fresh graduates, which is great for people who want to start their career and gain initial work experience.

      Cons

      Career development for designers feels quite limited. Over time, creative skills may decline because designers are often encouraged to rely heavily on AI tools instead of developing their own design thinking and creativity. The laptops provided are also not sufficient for handling design work across multiple brands efficiently. Support from management can be minimal when employees face difficulties. Positive work or well-executed designs are rarely acknowledged, while mistakes tend to be highlighted more quickly
