Pros
You can earn a decent amount on commission, the stores are relatively small with less inventory than your average retail job. Some days are very quiet and slow paced. Good place to work if you're in school or a manager, but not for long-term.
Cons
Company became very cheap and spread the employees out very thin. Employees are encouraged to be competitive with one another.
