I have a job and enjoy the people I work with.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism and management could improve the decisions they make. Employee retention is a problem. Turnover occurs almost every few months. If they simply valued their employees and paid a competitive salary as other institutions employees would quit leaving. This results in always training new nurses and losing experienced nurses.
