Pros
* Awesome floor staff, such wonderful people busting their butts to get the thing done, the people at the pizza place next door were always so happy and lovely too. * Great products and aesthetic vibe.
Cons
* Upper management, not floor managers, were rude, disrespectful and borderline bullying. They hustled me out of where I was. taking my break to eat during my very first shift, telling me 'no no no this isn't where we eat get up go across the road' and shooed me out. This was not. the worst of it. During my impromptu exit interview with floor manager, one fo the owners came in and asked 'what's going on here?' to which the floor manager replied "_____ and I were just discussing her employment at ST Ali" to which, the owner interrupted and said 'what are you quitting?' to which I replied yes, upon which he said 'I thought you would I had a funny feeling about you you're weird'. And I was OUT! Terrible company from the owners themselves, it's a shame they don't value the people slaving away for them half as much as they should. Shortly after I left, several others followed..
