Pros
The owner is incredible one of the most compassionate people you could meet. There is also a good handful of people there that make working there great.
Cons
Site Manager and HR... by far the worst HR I've ever dealt with Human Resources without one once of compassionr for the Human side of the job. A site manager that will tell you one thing and then completely do something else. Will also quickly sh The place is full of school yard Cliques and if you aren't one of the so called 'cool kids' your in for a world of hurt. If you have any issues with these people you will be shunned and as a nice company roaster put it verbatim 'People Don't like you, you should quit'. The place works on a you have to do your time 3 years apparently before your welcomed into the team. The place has no organisation, and if you try to show initiative you will be shut down quickly. If you want a company that will take your experience and help you grow this place is 100% not for you. There's a reason why there's always an ad up for this place.
